Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after. Our picking and packing service is very swift in order to get your goods out to you on time, so unfortunately it is not possible to amend/cancel any orders.

DFNG is specifically targeted to the West African market and markets in Europe and America. We ship to countries in those regions.

HOW CAN I PAY?
DFNG accepts payments via credit or debit card. DFNG will soon be introducing a loyalty card that will provide customers with the opportunity to deposit funds onto their loyalty card, making the payment option a speedy process.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
All packages are shipped via recorded delivery allowing customers to track the whereabouts of their items. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days. DFNG does not use any clearing agents. Do not hand over money to any individual claiming to act on behalf of DFNG. Should there be any issues with your delivery, you will be contacted directly from the courier company. Yes, We also deliver to Europe and USA.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We aim to make all deliveries within 3-5 working days. Please check the email we send you after you make a purchase with an estimated delivery date for your specific order.
DO I REQUIRE ANY FORM OF IDENTIFICATION ON DELIVERY OF THE GOODS?
No. You will be required to sign for your package upon delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?
If you are out, the courier company will contact you with details of the whereabouts of your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes you do have the option to change your delivery address at the time you place your order. However, as our picking and packing service is very swift in order to get your goods out to you on time, once your order has been placed, you cannot make any further changes.
CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE?
Yes – once your order has been placed you will receive an email with your tracking details which will allow you to track your package.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we’ll give you an estimated arrival date, which is usually within 3-5 working days. We aim to get your package to you before then, but that’s the date to work from if you’re on a tight deadline.
CAN I GET IT ANY QUICKER?
We do aim to get all orders to you before the estimated arrival date, but we cannot make any guarantees.
